Excel find and return macro

I have an enormous sheet that has every single parcel in the County I work for. I want to be able to target subdivisions where the land value has a deviation throughout a range of parcels. For example: 123-45-100 through 123-45-900 should all have a lot value of $5,000. Can I program a macro that compare the first two group of numbers (map/book) 123-45-xxx and then returns any values in the land column that varies from a "most commonly found" value?

Apologies if this is a duplicate, I lack the vocabulary to adequately describe the macro I want to make.

Hi @ Shasur, I found that link - FindAll - to be very interesting.
