I am using SOAP to call existing web services. Most use RPC binding which works fine. However I need a couple to be Doc Literal binding so that I can take advantage of some sorting...

You are exactly correct!
I was just sending my code in an email to someone and noticed that my .text call was on the Node and not the element ... this is why I got the big list of values.

Issues with ASP getrows and Oracle

Any one experience a problem using getrows to retrieve data from an Oracle stored procedure versus getrows to retrieve from SQL Server. SQL Server was working fine. Can it be done.
