Chapter 4 Compass background color

Is this a typo or is there something I'm not understanding about why we don't use r.getColor here? It works fine without but produces a different background color and I'm guessing we're just getting...

Well I was just going on the name of the download which says "code snips" so that is fantastic if you did include each entire project!

In any case, the book is great. I'm on chapter 4 and so far...

Full sources for examples??

Why only code snips in the downloads?? That seems really unhelpful since the code in the book is also just code snips (missing import statements as another person here pointed out).

Why not post...

Worked for me...

The eclipse plugin automatically inserted that line for me and I guess I didn't even notice since I had already seen it in other examples. I was wondering about the random use of the term icicle...
