Validation Summary Code Placement

Chapter 6 and Internet Explorer 11

Not sure if others have this issue, but I was stuck in Chapter 6 in the TRY IT OUT on page 230.

When I run Default.aspx with Internet Explorer 11.0.13 it won't store my preferredTheme cookie....
