Set table's primary key field using DAO VBA Versi

Suggest zapping the table's contents rather than deleting it. Then import csv into the empty table. The primary key will then be retained.

Your table needs some uniqueness as you cannot depend upon Access keeping the row order initially entered. Can't they be uniquely indexed on X-Start and Y-Start columns?

By DAO I mean most of my references to datasets in the Dim statement are left open i.e. the dataset is not declared and therefore are defaulted as Variant and DAO...
