Yes, I found that the easiest way to fix the schema is to use the xsl:modes type. I downloaded it a while ago I don't remember where, is this schema published somewhere?

xsl:exclude-result-prefixes #all and #default

The xsl:exclude-result-prefixes #all and #default options are not mentioned in the book, why is that?
