I assume you've run the Package and Deployment Wizard to make an install for the program? Although not perfect, it usually picks up any dependencies and puts them into the install package....

I have to agree with everyone else: spamming and spoofing weren't a problem on the old lists, which were convenient and, generally, very useful.
