Verbs not showing on WebParts

When I open the chapter 2 sample as a "File System" website, the page displays fine, and the verbs (min, close) show up on the WebParts. However, if I attempt to open the site as a "Local IIS"...

Problem solved: The Stored Procedures are in the final WroxUnited Website database. Either copy that database, or just copy the missing stored procedures and re-create them.

Chapter 12, C#, UpdateScore Web Service

The Stored Procedures "usp_UpdateScore" and "usp_Goal" appear to be missing from the supplied database. Has anyone run into the same problem?
