Yeah, I'm getting the same error.

Tried copying the font into my htdocs folder, but that didn't work either.

Anyone knows why this is? Tried switching the /'s with \'s, but didn't help.

Then I guess I need to figure a way around assigning the value. The reason I need to have the timeout, is because I'm dynamically loading external scripts into a generated html-page....

Is there a way of getting the return value from the function called within a setTimeout?

Something like this would have been great:

Well, you can alwasy use...

Well, you can alwasy use onkeydown="checkCharacters();", which you can then set to do the check.

Then use indexOf to find the characters and delete them.
