I found the answer. The performance counters are...

I found the answer. The performance counters are set to ReadOnly by default. Once this was changed the performance counters worked

Ch 36 Windows Services And Performance Counters

I have been working through the code for Windows Services. I am unable to get the application to write performance counters and to the event log. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall the Quote...
