Starting osk.exe and then holding down the CTRL...

Starting osk.exe and then holding down the CTRL and Fn keys and clicking PAUSE on the On-Screen Keyboard did the trick.

Registry Workaround

I ended up contacting Microsoft. Took a while but she walked me through how to update the registry,and run a script to allow permanent change so the product is licensed properly. contacted microsoft...
