save file as plain text with html extension.(lion won't allow you to that so it will keep .html.txt)

then go in finder change the extension to...

Angry unable to open html file in safari or firefox

i am unable to open html file i created in safari or firefox the file opened but just the code was displayed. I'm using safari 5.1.2
