Also, scripts are cached. May need to clear cache in IE (Ctrl+F5). I use fiddler to clear my cache. http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler2/

I havent tried that yet. But I think you're on the right track. This is what I would do... First, figure out the web.config changes (google sql connection string). Don't mess with log-in stuff...
