orders of precedence

on p31. text describes the order of precedence for the various operators, multiplication and division not mentioned - neither are some of the more odd-ball operations such as mod % and remainder //.

REXX - Programmer's Reference

hi guys -- just bought the book... I am looking forward to going through it. One question: how come the cover says "Forward by Mike Cowlishaw:, but in fact the Forward is by Mark Hessling, do doubt...
