failing to initialize the enterprise manager

when I installed sql2000 some error messages appeared :
the first error when put up MDAC it shows :
SQL Redist
command line option syntax error. Type Command /?for Help
all the thing I could do...

setup error

sometimes when I setup SQL 2000 the operating system(win 2000 professional) show error messages:
Command Line option syntax error TYPE Command/? for help

when it end . sometimes the SQL can run...

Why the user 'sa' can not login a new database which I great?
And I can not add the user 'sa' to the new database.
