In web form toolbox there’s frame and panel. In what kind of condition that it’s more suitable for me to use with frame and vise versa. Just in randomly thinking when and what kind of condition does the developer will choose frame or panel as their web form displaying which also attach using the IE Web Control as well.

Example: I used tabstrips with panel. Then how about toolbar and treeview??

I'd only use frames if my "client" required that I do it. Otherwise, I would do anything but.
