Where is the Appendix F - Online that is discussed in the book?

I still haven't found Appendix F Online, but Appendix E does discuss download and installing the Northwind and pubs sample databases.

Hi djsavlon,

I guess the author was refering to "E" , as you mentioned. Anyway I guess you have the download problem solved.

I will put a question related to page 146. Perhaps you could help me.
