Default Dropdown problem in excel 2007

I have a big problem.
I defined some drop down list in 6 different sheets using Range etc.
The problem is that all are working perfect in Excel 2003, but in Excel 2007 , the first sheet has drop downs and the rest of the sheets don't have any drop down. One more time, in 2003 all the sheets have drop down.
What is the problem with Excel 2007 ?

Thank you for your time.

Thank you

Default

I found the problem . The excel file was created with Excel 2003 , and after that, was modified with Excel 2007.

I created a new template with 2003 and after that all the sheets working just fine in both Excel(2003, 2007).

Thank you
