scrolling bar for a webpart

how can enable scrolling bar propertity for a webpart in sharepoint.

pls give sugg it's very helpful for me and community user's also

after dragging your XML web part to your web page... click on the drop down labeled web part menu. click on modify shared web part. then click on the XML editor button and enter the following code:

*ENTER: your portal sever address after the "helpLink=" (in the code)
*Look for Type your message (in the code)

This is the fastest and the easiest method of adding parts on the pages. The dialog box can be used to quickly add document libraries, image libraries, video libraries, lists and other types of web parts on a page. Microsoft SharePoint 2010 allows adding multiple items at a time into the list that appears in the dialog box and using few of them for selective user groups as per the need.
