I need unprotect a worksheet on Excel:
I have an old timeheet from my old work, I need to use it again, so I need to change some info, and always shows up this:

!The cell or chart you are trying to change is protected and therefore read-only.

To modify a protected cell or chart, first remove protection using the Unprotect Sheet command (Tools menu, Protection submenu). You may be prompted for a password.

The deal it is I do not remeber that deam password

Some ideas, I do really need help, I am so stupid for programing and do thinks on a PC.
