i want to get "some string"from file(.txt),it'format,for example:

file.txt-----mmmm:80:79:hhh:79:76:kkk:22:44:

i want to get mmmm, 80,79,hhh,79,76,kkk,22,44. and put them into correspondence variable,anyone tell me how to do?
