Thanks Alan-LB for your suggestion. I'll take a look at SAMS "Teach Yourself C++ in 24 Hours". I appreciate you giving me all the details (ISBN,software,etc)...very helpful. You are right about Turbo C++ availability. I couldn't find a copy of the suggested Turbo C++ book that I could quickly flip through at the local book store. Also thank you for clearing up Turbo C++.
