Sorry, I havent seen the book you mention - try Usenet groups - search in comp.lang.c++ or alt.lang.learning.c.c++ You could do a Google search in Groups to see if there is any reference to the title or author

You might like to try http://www.thefreecountry.com/

If you rummage around here you will find free C++ compilers like Watcom C++, Borland CBuilderX, Dev-C++ and others. You will also find links to online reference manuals such as "Teach yourself C++ in 24 Hours". There is also a link to list of recommended books for beginners.

It is an excellent site for programmers using any language
