The appendix in "Professional C++" is excellent as it covers far more than just the C++ langauge (as the whole book does, which is why it is such a good book).

If you are going for an interview as a programmer the panel will expect you to know about programming, systems analysis and design, data structures, file design, API's and many many more topics.

Actually the OP has probably had his interview by now and failed miserably.
