 Who can understand the book ---<< Dissecting a C# Application Inside SharpDevelop>> ?
  Although it provides the source code for SharpDevelop,I still have many problems ,such as how to include ICSharpCode.SharpDevelop.Gui,
and ICSharpCode.Core.Properties;
  Can we meke the project only by writing codes without draging any controls from tool box to the form?
  So I am confused.
  Who can help me ?
