I have a problem in the 2nd chapter about the 'appname.config'.

When running the source code, I get a wrong information

"System.NullReferenceException" in the "NWDSAWindowsTestApp.exe"

The following code is signed to be yellow(debugging state):
--- drOrders = oDataReader.ReturnedDataReader //in the NWDSAWindowsTestApp.vb

I guess the reason of getting wrong is that the .config file information was not be read out. But i don't know how to make it be right.
