I'll update my FAQ on this. Unfortunately, this is what I found on the APress site:
"The source code downloads that accompany books published by Wrox are no longer supported on this site. We apologize for any inconvenience."

And unfortunately, there's nothing I or anyone now at Wrox can do about this or to force APress to provide source code for these older books.

For anyone who wants this 6 year history lesson again, the story goes:
Peer is the company who founded Wrox.
In 2003 Peer went into receivership and was liquidated.
Wiley purchased the Wrox name and many of the top selling current books like ASP.NET 1.0, C#, VB.NET, etc.
Most of the older topics (like most of the ASP 3 books with the exception of Beginning Active Server Pages 3.0) were purchased by Apress who was allowed to continue to sell the inventory they bought with the Wrox name on them. We were not allowed to distribute the code for the books they bought.

I'll see if I can find any of the authors for that book though even though it's not "ours" and see if any of them have a link to the code download.
