Default The perfect IDE

I am looking for a linux/unix based IDE that wraps around my favorite editor (gvim). I want something that will give me detailed tagging, refactoring, file browsing, class and structure browsing, debuging, and the concepts of projects and workspaces (and many more features) but, opens up files in a gvim application.

Any suggestions?

The best I could come up with is Visual SlickEdit which provides its own editor, but does have basic vi emulation.

Thank you,
Mike
