'Professional VB6 Web Programming' (ISBN 186100222X) seems to be one of the books that went to Apress (it's not in Willey/Wrox's list of books). I've asked Apress if they can send me the source code but have not yet received a reply.

Does anyone here have the source code for this book? I bought it years ago but only now need the source code.
