Bizarre. I'd never spotted this. I guess I usually just skim the e-mail notice to the point far enough in the thread to see if I need to open the page. And once I'm there, of course the extra google code isn't visible.

I'm flagging this as a bug. Has to be a problem in something we wrote to clean the posts before emailing.
