I'm hoping someone can help.

We've got a Windows 2003 server that is having an issue with webadmin.exe. I've googled the webadmin.exe problem and nothing is listed.

When webadmin.exe encounters an error, the server seems to shut down. When I boot it up remotely it gives me the following microsoft error from the services:

Faulting application webadmin.exe, version 1.0.4.5, faulting module webadmin.exe, version 1.0.4.5, fault address 0x0001f0ce.

events.asp gives me no indication as to what the error is.

It seems to have a pattern to when this problem happens - usually every other day early in the morning - around 5.a.m - the time is not exact every time.

Wondering if anyone can tell me anymore about webadmin.exe and what I might be able to do to rectify the problem.

I really don't want to have to rebuild the server since there are 100's of websites to reconfigure if I do this, not to mention reinstalling the databases etc.
