i'm trying to record a UI test case in TFS Test Manager for playback. To execute a particular piece of the code I need to click on the cell containing a dropdown box then select the appropriate dropdown item. This is a unique two step process which I have entered as steps in the test case. Unfortunately, focus is lost on clicking Pass in the test case so I am unable to record the actual selection. If I try to record both steps as a single step the process becomes locked at the first step not allowing the action selecting the actual value.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? What can I do to get around the problem?
