Default Need assistance on books.

Can someone please help me with the books on 7 topics I have mentioned below? The books I have written along with the topics are the ones I bought 4 years back and they are outdated in terms of recent technology. Please mention the respective appropriate book with its author’s name & which could be easily understandable if studied from scratch level.

1) .Net framework (a detailed book but it should not be very lengthy)
Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 Application Development Foundation Training Kit (MCTS-
70-536)

2) C# for desktop application (starting from beginner’s level to advance level with an application development step wise)
a) Professional C# 2005 by Christaian Nagel, Bill Evjen, Jay Glynn, Karli Watson, Morgan
Skinner, Allen Jones
b) Beginning C# by Karli Watson

3) Asp.Net with c# as server side scripting language with Asp.Net framework (starting from beginner’s level to advance level with an application development step wise)
SAMS Teach Yourself Asp.Net in 24 hours by Joe Martin, Brett Tomson

4) ADO.Net (should not be very lengthy)
a) Microsoft ADO.Net 2.0 Step by Step by Rebecca Riorda for beginners
b) Complete Reference ADO .NET

5) SQL server (ERD diagrams, triggers, SQL, stored procedures, user defined functions)
SAMS Teach Yourself Microsoft SQL Server 2000 in 21 days by Richard Waymire, Rick
Sawtell

6) Design Patterns (singleton, observer, factory, abstract factory, MVC)
UML Series

7) Crystal Reports
