I tried searching on a number of terms in all forums, archives, etc and all I ever get is 0 results. I even tried searching for the words a, the, and, etc and I still get 0 results. Is the search engine broken?

I was logged in at the time; I was looking for information about "MAPI", "Windows messaging", and "registry" - all returned 0 results!
