In C# and ASP.Net:

I work for a small company and am looking for a way to create a binary file that can download my new hires information automatically to the State [e.g. DE 34 information directly to the State (California)]. I want to bypass having to go and repeat information already entered in my company’s data base. I want the computer to send the information automatically to the State.

I hope someone can point me to the right direction with this on where to start.
