Your "points" experince and level bars disappeared when you received an infraction for posts that looked more like spam than content last year. The infractions count as negative points that outweighed all of your other positive point and level.
I'm resetting the calculations for how infractions work in points, and rerunning the level calculations. Within a day or so, your points and level bars should reappear.
