I would need your help in relation with creating a predictive dialer system. To build it, I would need to find a reliable development kit with easy applications and useful free trial sample programs. I have found an SDK which has its predictive autodialer sample program here: voip-sip-sdk.com/p_439-call-center-predictive-dialer-voip.html and it is written on its website that its sdk provides flexibility with lots of already existing systems. Have you met this product before? Have you got any experience related to this? I would be really grateful for your answer. Thank you in advance.
