I am looking for the images that would have come with the code download for the book:

Beginning C# Web Applications with Visual Studio .NET

I assume that Wiley did not pick this book up as it is not listed however I was hoping some may know where I can find or have a copy of the source code.
Really I just want the images because I am too lazy to make up my own as I read the book.
