I am new to Wrox community. I am a freelance in Africa Benin and I just got my Master in Software Programming. I want to create a SMS Gateway to send bulk SMS and a system that allow students to get their exam results by sms after typing a code like : *0000*PIN*SECRETCODE#

For this I need to have all the technical know how about the same. I also want to know that is there any role of a telecom company in sending bulk SMS.

If yes, what exactly it is? PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
