I have a requirement wherein i want to block mails going to certain domains from my company. For example, if I do not want ayone from my company network to send mails to any ".edu" or ".net" sites, how do I create some kind of filter that will bounce the mail back to the sender?

I really need to implement this real quick. I tried ISA - but that does not seem to help.
