Bluetooth Programming C# C++ For DESKTOP

I am looking for Bluetooth programming books in C# or C++ for WinXP. There are lots of Java code out there. I wonder if there are any forthcoming books on Bluetooth programming using Visual Studio C# or C++ to write programs for the DESKTOP (not Window Mobile).
