Hello.
Our company runs Windows 2000 server with clients accessing thru Citrix and via RDP.
Presently, all client sessions are very grainy.
Does anyone know if there is a setting on the server that needs amending for each client to receive their session in FULL colour?
To confirm, the clients are config'd correctly ( high colour ).
This is proving to be a problem as web sites and images are obviously not displaying correctly.
If anyone has any thoughts, that'd be great.
