Currently I am going to start study of the SQL Server.
Plz let me know which books are essential and helpful for beginners.
  Here i am going to study this one in the point of Developer's view.
So Which topics are need to know?
  What common things are known essentially from the SQL Server like, Data Transfer,Security,Back up,etc. So these all thing where I will get(theroically)?
