Default Beginning XSLT

I have recently purchased Beginning XSLT by Jeni Tennison. There is no mention of it anywhere on this site, not under "Download Code", not under "Book List" and a search of both the forum and the site finds no matches.

This post -- http://p2p.wrox.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=4112 -- says the following:

Quote:
The source code for all Wrox titles available through Wiley is available via the Download Code link at the top of all Wrox.com pages. (http://www.wrox.com/dynamic/books/download.aspx)

What happened to the code downloads for the rest of the Wrox books?
We only own the rights to the code that goes with the works we purchased and new works we will publish. (See the Wrox booklist at: www.wrox.com/misc-pages/booklist.shtml.) Please contact Apress (www.apress.com/about/contact.html) for information about obtaining code downloads and support for any other former Wrox books.
It doesn't appear on the Apress site either, but I'm fairly sure it is owned by Wrox anyhow. It was only published last year. At present I don't have access to any of the code, or anything.

Why is there no mention of this book anywhere? It's as if it doesn't exist. I understand the reasons for not including source on a CD with the book, but what am I supposed to do when it's missing from the website?
