which one will be best software can be use for Visuallization / animation movie of Roads, Bridges, Building constructions ?

we are using Microstation drawings, we want to convert
microstation drawings of Roads, Bridges and Buildings
into animation movie.

anyone can help us which will be good software which
convert the microstation drawings into animation movie ?
