Default Enabling all network connections with ICF

I'm working on a .vbs script for remote laptop users in my company to use which will enable Internet Connection Firewall on all of their network connections, active or otherwise. All of these users have at least 3 or 4 connections. I found a script at MSDN that allows me to enable any single connection(specified by an argument when running the script), but I'm just not skilled enough to work with these foreign objects and 1. remove the requirement for an argument, and 2. make the script enable ICF on all connections instead of just 1. I will provide a link to my code below so you can see what I'm working with. Does anyone have any experience working with this?
