Default Reading .msg files on a Mac

I have been searching the web all day for some share/free-ware or programming that would allow me to open/access/or just view the contents of several .msg files that I need to collate into an excel document ASAP. It is not currently imperative that I access the full headers & such at this time (unless the org changes it's mind), but it is important that I finish this project by the first of next week. And by "several files" I am talking about over 300.

Just for a little background... I am doing some volunteer work for a national non-profit [org] who recently did a major corporate hiring survey via email (OEX). Now, in order to analyze their results, they have requested that the email responses be read and formated into a searchable/sortable excel spread sheet. They have forwarded me the OE .msg files, but as I do not currently have access to a PC, I am stumped as to how I might complete this task. Being as this is a "non-profit" project, it - of course - needs to be done "yesterday". The org. doesn't have the staff (or the tech support) to be able to do much for me, does not have the finances to purchase a new program (such as "messagesave") even with it's low price, and at this point doesn't even have the time to be able to recruit a new volunteer & reassign the project.

Does anyone know of a program (or apple script) that will allow me to access the information in these .msg Outlook Express email files without having to go back to the originals and re-export them in a different format (or otherwise require the use of a PC)?

I truly appreciate any help!
