I agree- I don't like the click to reply format- and I have faith that they are going to change it so we can use email as we did before..

I can tolerate this reading in email and replying with a click- but I don't like it. It's better than having to read and reply online, that's for sure.

I'd suspect that those people they spoke to about the web interface never thought for a moment that they would drop the email interface- so they never mentioned it.

I know I never contacted Wiley, I trusted that I would be provided with information when it was appropriate-- I didn't want to be a pain by emailing them while they were trying to get work done. I regret not contacting them earlier in the proccess.
