Dan,

I would e-mail Apress directly also. As Jennifer says- I believe every title that Wiley didn't buy went to Apress. In fact the only thing that Wiley didn't buy that I know APRESS didn't either is csharptoday.com. I would expect a delayed shipment date due to the need for the formatting changes that apress would do. Also, there's probably final technical reviews and stuff that were not completed before liquidation that apress needs to do.

Apress is also renegotiating the deals with the writers- I know Rocky said he needed to negotiate with them for the printing of the Expert one-on-one VB.NET Business Objects book. As far as I know it's the first of the books they bought to be printed (it was released today)

E-mail Apress and ask about the status, I am sure they would be happy to let you know.
