Well I got my reply from Amazon today.
They do not respond to individuals comments, suggestions or questions. The only assistance they provide comes from their online help pages listed at:
http://www.amazon.com/help
When I scanned through these (as I did yesterday) there is no mention of confirming product details listed within the Amazon site.
This to me is a bad business practice. A simple comment from a potential customer could save them some future problems. I sent an email to APRESS yesterday after I left P2P, still haven't heard anything.
